Chili is the perfect one-dish dinner for weeknights, potlucks, and those all-important game days. Great for lunches, too! Not to mention, this sweet yet zesty meal packs a serious health punch—kidney beans are a good source of iron, protein and fibre, and tomatoes are rich in potassium and a nutrient called lycopene, which contributes to a healthy heart.
